Every task carried out at Motoseal has a customer, either external or internal. The customer specifies the quality requirements for the product, which we shall fulfil.


A defective or deficient product must:


           Not be sent out from Motoseal
           Not be accepted as received
           Not be forwarded from one work stage to the next
 

We also consider the environmental impact of our product manufacturing. We continuously develop our own competence according to the principle of continuous improvement. Our objective is to improve our performance in terms of meeting the customers' quality requirements and preventing environmental contamination.

We are all responsible for our own work. We understand the impact of our work on the work of others and on
customer satisfaction. We comply with the instructions and guidelines, and are capable of taking action if we encounter quality or environmental problems. We comply with valid laws and regulations.
