Thanks to our modern high-precision and accurate working methods of thermoforming and CNC milling, there are almost no limits to the design of plastic cladding and plastic components. The thermoformed plastic components are suitable for dashboards, interior fittings, rear view camera covers, mud guards, door panels, exterior attachments and much more.

Plastic components are light and therefore contribute less to the overall mass of a construction vehicle. In addition, plastic parts especially in large quantities, can be produced more economically and also faster than metal parts. With all these advantages, plastic components are yet at least as stable and impact resistant as metal components.

When extra strenght is required, we can bond multiple layers of plastic by gluing. Gluing plastic layers together improves the physical characteristics of plastic form, such as the impact strength, stability, torsional rigidity and sound insulation. Metal sheets can also be added to plastic components as e.g. a thermal shield.
